Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Development Assistant Manager located in Muntinlupa City. The Project Development Assistant Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics to ensure timely project completion and quality control.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Strategy

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and

other professionals

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for real estate projects
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality

Regulatory Compliance/Permits

  • Work with Legal Compliance Team to ensure all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Legal Compliance Team in obtaining necessary permits and approvals

Design and Development

  • Oversee the development of detailed project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with design and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to internal and external

stakeholders.

Other work that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Graduate of business or engineering course
  • With at least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry as a PD
  • Able to build financial models in Excel
