We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to support overall resort operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven leadership experience and a strong background in operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Guest Services
  • Ensure high service standards, facility readiness, and guest satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports including KPIs, P&L, CPOR, and PMS/POS data
  • Supervise manpower planning, staff performance, training, and development
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in hotel or resort operations, with leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of PMS and POS systems, reporting, and budget management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Guest-focused, results-driven, and adaptable to a resort environment
  • Willing to work on-site in
    Morong, Bataan
