Reporting directly to the Account Officer, the Digital Commerce Live Seller (DLS) is responsible for hosting and managing live selling sessions on various, but not limited to, platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram. The DLS will showcase and sell products, answer customer questions in real-time, and drive conversion. Key responsibilities include preparing for sessions, maintaining high energy, collaborating on campaigns, and learning product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and sell products to a live online audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hosts and delivers engaging live selling sessions on TikTok Live Studio.
  • Collaborates with marketing and inventory teams to understand featured products.
  • Prepares scripts or talking points for each session.
  • Responds to live audience comments and product inquiries in real-time.
  • Coordinates with the Technical Operations Specialist before and during streams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Contributes to pre- and post-mortem decks (session performance, insights, recommendations).
  • Serves as backup Technical Operator in the event of absence or emergency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Live Studio and basic OBS operation.
  • Comfort with improvisation and responding to live feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of live stream analytics and reporting.
  • With exemplary interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
