Job Role: TikTok Live Seller

Overview:

The TikTok Live Seller is responsible for hosting engaging live-selling sessions on TikTok to promote and sell products in real time. The role involves presenting items clearly, interacting with viewers, and converting audience engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host live-selling sessions on TikTok with energy, confidence, and clear communication.
  • Showcase and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Engage with viewers by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and maintaining an interactive environment.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare product information and live scripts before going live.
  • Ensure accurate order-taking during live sessions and coordinate with the fulfillment team for processing.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during every live stream.
  • Monitor live performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Help in creating short promotional videos for TikTok when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of TikTok features and basic social media trends.
  • Ability to persuade and maintain viewer engagement.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required.
