Job Summary

Data - Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. With a focus on Pharma Research & Development you will contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of drug safety data. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of rotational shifts allowing you to collaborate with global teams and make a significant impact on public health.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate adverse event reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze safety data from various sources.
  • Assist in the preparation of safety reports and regulatory submissions to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the review and assessment of safety signals to identify potential risks associated with pharmaceutical products.
  • Provide input and support for risk management plans and safety communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance practices through process optimization and innovation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of safety data into the pharmacovigilance database.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on safety-related matters.
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of pharmacovigilance operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in safety practices across regions.
  • Utilize technical skills in Pharma Research & Development to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Possess a bachelors degree in life sciences or a related field to provide a strong foundation for pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Pharma Research & Development to effectively contribute to safety evaluations.
  • Exhibit familiarity with PV Case Processing and Pharmacovigilance & Safety Ops to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support safety assessments.
  • Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Possess the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts to accommodate global collaboration.
