General Job Description

STEM Programmes cater to primary and secondary school students in a variety of year-long courses and short courses.

We conduct coding programmes in many different programme languages and block-based coding platforms, electrical and electronic engineering programmes, coding with microbits, robotics, drone programmes, 3D printing and many more.

The Assistant Programme Manager works together with the Programme Manager and supports the Enterprise Team with the conceptualization and pitching of programmes, curriculum development support and trainers deployment for confirmed training projects in their specific area of specialization.

He/She reports to the Head of Innovation and works closely with the Enterprise and Productivity teams to manage training projects that will include the development of training content, briefing of trainers, production of training materials, preparation of logistics and deployment of trainers.

Training quality of associate trainers will be a key focus of the Programme Manager and he/she will be expected to undertake training assignments.

Mandatory Requirements

Qualifications

· A minimum Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Experience

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in a training position

· Programming knowledge is a must
