Job Summary

Engineering Manager – Civil Engineer will oversee all engineering operations within the plant and farm facilities, ensuring that projects, infrastructure, and maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. This role includes managing engineering teams, planning and coordinating civil projects, and implementing process improvements to support smooth operations and long-term facility reliability.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering operations, project management, or industrial/farm facilities
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and facility engineering principles
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise multiple projects and staff
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Oversee engineering operations for plant and farm facilities, including construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
  • Supervise engineering teams and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Monitor facility systems, machinery, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and technical documentation for management review
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement engineering solutions
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
