What you'll be doing
- Responding to incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in our internal systems
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the same or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
