Job Responsibilities & KRAs

• Lease Negotiation & Drafting: Conduct, support, and document lease negotiations with landowners for tower site acquisition. Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements, contracts, and amendments to ensure favorable and compliant terms.
• Property Vetting: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective tower sites, including review of land titles, tax declarations, and zoning regulations. Coordinate with surveyors and site acquisition teams to validate property details and legal viability.
• Regulatory & LGU Coordination: Assist in securing necessary permits, clearances, and certifications from LGUs and national regulatory bodies (e.g., DOLE, DENR, HLURB, DPWH) relevant to tower construction and operations.
• Legal Documentation & Compliance: Manage and maintain legal files including contracts, MOAs, special powers of attorney, board resolutions, and notarized documents. Monitor timelines for contract renewals and compliance obligations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with legal counsel, landowners, LGUs, and internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth processing of legal documents and address site-specific concerns.
• Site Acquisition Support: Support the site acquisition process by ensuring legal requirements are met prior to site handover. Flag any potential legal risks or encumbrances on properties.
• Reporting & Documentation Management: Maintain trackers and reports on the status of leases, property documentation, and legal activities. Ensure accurate, timely, and secure filing (both digital and physical).

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
