Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of all assigned departments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure alignment of all support services with the company's operational and financial goals.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly operations and performance reports to President.
  • Coordinate with department heads to consolidate inputs for the report and present analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain effective credit policies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and stock control.
  • Optimize warehouse operations and space utilization.
  • Supervise procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee order processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment.
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules and manage maintenance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple support departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
