  1. Accounts Management:

  2. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

  3. Manage income and expenditure accounts efficiently and accurately.

  4. Payroll and Government Mandatories:

  5. Process monthly payroll and ensure timely remittance of SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other required government contributions.

  6. Prepare and submit reports in compliance with government deadlines and requirements.

  7. Tax and BIR Compliance:

  8. Prepare monthly and annual tax filings (VAT, EWT, ITR, etc.).

  9. Manage BIR fieldwork, attend to assessments, and handle documentation as needed.
  10. Ensure proper vouchering, filing, and safekeeping of all tax-related and accounting documents.

  11. Books of Accounts:

  12. Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and subsidiary ledgers.

  13. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  14. Expense Management:

  15. Monitor, analyze, and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly expenses.

  16. Prepare detailed summary reports for internal use and audit compliance.

  17. Manufacturing Industry Operations:

  18. Support day-to-day accounting operations specific to a manufacturing environment.

  19. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory and costing data
