Qualification:
1. At least 1 year of experience in market research, industry analysis, or strategy (Gaming/Gambling industry is a plus).
2. Familiar with data gathering, research tools, and strong analytical thinking.
3. Passion for the gaming/casino industry and understanding of user behavior is preferred.
4. Experience in competitor analysis, business intelligence, or product planning.
5. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and local player preferences.

Skills:
1. Proficient in written English and Tagalog, plus if can speak Chinese; able to produce formal reports and analysis.
2. Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze competitor data; deliver regular competitor intelligence reports.
2. Conduct research on industry trends, market movements, and player behaviors/preferences.
3. Explore and assess the potential of traditional/folk games or local game mechanics for online transformation.
4. Analyze potential opportunities for new games, innovative mechanics, and product differentiation.
5. Support product, operations, and marketing teams with research-based insights and strategic recommendations.
6. Create research reports, briefing documents, and proposal materials.
7. Participate in or execute market research activities such as surveys, interviews, and community listening.
