We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Order Management VA to oversee order processing and ensure seamless coordination between customers, warehouses, and shipping partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and keeping operations running smoothly from order receipt to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via email, entering them accurately into the system
  • Check stock availability, generate fulfillment requests, and monitor order progress to delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouses and shipping partners for pickups and dispatches
  • Track PODs, manage basic shipment claims, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain organized records, dashboards, and reports for operational visibility

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and order management/CRM tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, follow SOPs, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment cycles
  • Effective time management under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales operations, order entry, or customer service
  • Familiarity with shipment tracking, POD workflows, and claims handling
  • Exposure to the US market and email ticketing systems
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
