About the Role
At Innovamed Industries, LLC, we're looking for a reliable Operations Support Clerk to help with the daily flow of our business. This role involves handling orders, checking and updating invoices, and assisting with delivery routing. You'll be responsible for keeping records accurate, processing updates on time, and providing support to the operations team, so everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders, including order cloning, order checking/verification, and order updates
- Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in invoice updates and checking
- Assist in delivery routing and coordination to support timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation
- Perform quality checks on orders and invoices to avoid discrepancies
- Provide additional support and updates as required by the operations team
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Qualifications
- VOCATIONAL AND/OR BACHELORS DEGREE HOLDER
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or operations support roles preferred
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and software
- Proficient in using computers, web-based applications, and office productivity tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks with deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Transition from remote to ONSITE work IS MANDATORY
Work Setup & Schedule
- Remote initially - ONSITE IS BETWEEN OCTOBER-NOVEMBER START
- 12MN-8:30 AM (depending on daylight saving time) All hours of work follows California, USA time.
- Once ONSITE, hours stay the same and follow Pacific, USA time.
Must have a working PC or laptop that meets the following minimum specifications:
PC/Laptop (Intel i3 10th Gen / Ryzen 3 or higher, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD)
- Stable internet (10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum)
Webcam, headset, and microphone
ONSITE reporting IS MANDATORY once operations shift to office-based setup

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
