Administrative Officer II SG 15
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (Government Procurement)
Training: 4 hours of relevant training (RA 9184)
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the BAC;
Manage the sale and distribution of Bidding Documents to interested bidders;
Advertise and/or post bidding opportunities, including Bidding Documents and notices of awards for Alternative Methods of Procurements;
Prepare resolutions of the BAC;
Assist in managing the procurement process;
Maintain an updated record of procurement assignments; and
Perform such other functions which may be assigned from time to time.
