Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and common areas.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities both online and onsite.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and presenting company services or products.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients or potential customers regarding promotions or services.
- Help create basic marketing materials, social media content, or event coordination as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
· With experience in front desk, customer service, or marketing (preferred but not required).
· Must have a pleasing personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
· Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
