Are you an experienced SMT Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled and motivated SMT Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our surface mount technology processes and ensuring the highest quality standards in electronic assembly.

Position Overview:

As an SMT Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the SMT manufacturing setup, operating advanced SMT machinery, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and support product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize SMT production processes.
  • Operate and maintain SMT equipment, including YAMAHA, FUJI, and Samsung pick-and-place machines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct training for production staff on SMT processes and machinery.
  • Monitor production metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the SMT industry.
  • Proficient in operating SMT machinery and familiar with quality control techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
