Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's commercial real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency with AppFolio property management software and strong organizational skills to handle multiple properties and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and categorize receipts from vendors (Home Depot, Menards, Ace Hardware, etc.) into AppFolio system
  • Process and book vendor bills in a timely and accurate manner
  • Generate monthly reports including property taxes, insurance spreadsheet updates, and other reports as requested
  • Perform complete monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Track and bill labor costs back to appropriate properties and projects
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and time allocation

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Experience with AppFolio property management software (strongly preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

Work Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time Position, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)

Other benefits

  • 10% Night Differential for hours worked from 10PM to 6AM Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
