Job Summary:

The Utility Personnel is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of the company premises. The role also provides support in basic office maintenance, errands, and other tasks that contribute to the smooth operations of Chemworld Marketing Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
  • Support office maintenance (e.g., minor repairs, rearranging furniture, assisting with events or set-ups).
  • Ensure proper segregation and disposal of garbage in compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Monitor and request cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly.
  • Provide assistance during company events and activities when needed.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in janitorial or utility work (but not required).
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig
