Responsibilities:

  1. Planogram Development:

  2. Design and create detailed planograms that enhance product visibility and maximize sales.

  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform planogram decisions.

  4. Collaboration:

  5. Work closely with the team to align planograms with promotional activities and product launches.

  6. Communicate planogram strategies and updates to store management and visual merchandising teams.

  7. Training and Leadership:

  8. Mentor junior planogrammers and provide training on planogram software and best practices.

  9. Lead workshops to educate store personnel on planogram implementation and maintenance.

  10. Software Utilization:

  11. Utilize planogram software (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder, or similar) to create and modify planograms.

  12. Maintain accurate records of planogram changes and updates.

  13. Performance Analysis:

  14. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of planograms through sales performance and customer feedback.

  15. Adjust planograms as needed based on performance metrics and store layout changes.

  16. Project Management:

  17. Manage multiple planogram projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.

  18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planograms into overall merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in planogram development or visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Proficiency in planogram software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis tools and software.

  • Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
