Responsibilities:
Planogram Development:
Design and create detailed planograms that enhance product visibility and maximize sales.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform planogram decisions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to align planograms with promotional activities and product launches.
Communicate planogram strategies and updates to store management and visual merchandising teams.
Training and Leadership:
Mentor junior planogrammers and provide training on planogram software and best practices.
Lead workshops to educate store personnel on planogram implementation and maintenance.
Software Utilization:
Utilize planogram software (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder, or similar) to create and modify planograms.
Maintain accurate records of planogram changes and updates.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of planograms through sales performance and customer feedback.
Adjust planograms as needed based on performance metrics and store layout changes.
Project Management:
Manage multiple planogram projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planograms into overall merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in planogram development or visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficiency in planogram software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
