Qualifications:

  • Open for Vocational graduate in any short course
  • At least one (1) year relevant working experience in Sales specially in IT or Telco products/services.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to display confidence and presentation skills
  • Willing to work in Mall Based
  • Willing to work in SM Megamall - Mandaluyong
  • Willing to accept minimum rate of NCR plus OT

Job Function/ Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement

a. Providing a positive experience for the customers and relevant information about the product.

b. Build customer relationship and rapport.

  1. Product Knowledge

a. Must be confident and equipped to know the features of the products.

  1. Product Promotion

a. Must be responsible for promoting the features, benefits, specifications, value, and competitive advantage of the products.

b. Highlight unique selling points to attract potential customers.

  1. Visual Merchandising

a. Ensure product displays are attractive and appealing by arranging product samples, set-up product demonstrations.

  1. Sales Generation & Reporting

a. Implement sales initiatives through suggestive selling

b. Achieve individual store target

c. Maintain records of sales activities, leads generated, or conversions made.

d. Provide feedback on customer preferences or competitor activities.
