About the role
Yamaha Motor Philippines' is seeking an experienced Admin Staff - Credit and Collection to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow transactions and providing financial and administrative support. It also includes providing account analysis and complying with the financial policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing
- Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely customer payments
- Perform credit checks and set appropriate credit limits for customers
- Liaise with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any disputes
- Maintain detailed records of all credit and collection activities
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Support the wider accounting/finance team as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable/credit control or a similar accounting/finance role, preferably in retail. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of credit management principles and collections best practices
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with customers.
