IT Service Desk Specialist – Centris, QC
Join a Global Tech Support Team | Onsite | Night Shift
Location: Centris, Quezon City
Setup: Onsite | Graveyard & Shifting Schedule
What You'll Do:
- Provide efficient IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and Microsoft Outlook
- Manage and resolve tickets via ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Handle Active Directory (AD) requests and account management
- Deliver excellent technical assistance for international voice support
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 - 3 year Service Desk experience (international voice preferred)
- Strong background in ServiceNow (SNOW) & Active Directory (AD)
- Proficient in VPN, Citrix, hardware/software, and Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting
- Excellent English communication skills
- No short stints/job-hopping – we're looking for committed IT pros
Education:
- HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High Graduate
- 2-Year Associate Graduate
- College Graduate (Diploma required)
