About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is looking for an experienced Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. This is a full-time position, and you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  4. Collaborating with other departments to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  5. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible customer service

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using various software and communication tools, including email, chat platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
