Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email (no calls required)
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns
  • Investigate and resolve complaints or escalate when necessary
  • Document interactions and maintain records of customer transactions
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school graduate or equivalent (college level is a plus)
  • With or without work experience
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
