Qualifications

  • At least on the high school level
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse or related operation
  • Must have experience with warehouse management, checking, and dispatching of finished goods
  • Computer literate and with SAP background
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Summary

Objectives : Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatching of finished goods. Implement, maintain, and monitor finished goods warehouse activities in compliance with the Good Warehousing Practices.

  • Receive finished goods from production and reconcile the quantity received to ensure the accuracy of product transfer.
  • Ensure that finished goods transferred from production are properly stored, piled, and labeled in the designated warehouse and lane assignment.
  • Monitor the condition and quality of the stock during storage. Report to the outbound planner any non-conforming product, ageing, slow, or non-moving goods.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse conditions. Ensure compliance with storage temperature requirements and good warehouse practices.
  • Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the finished goods warehouse to ensure compliance with the sanitation standard.
