About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join our team at Stile Italia Inc.'. As a Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations within our retail store located in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with general store maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a well-organised and presentable retail environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and directing them to products
  • Stock and replenish shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring items are properly priced and organised
  • Collaborate with the retail team to complete tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
