The Office Helper / Pahinante will provide general support in the office, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and assistance in day-to-day operations. The role includes helping in handling materials, supporting staff with basic tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including work areas, pantry, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Assist in carrying, loading, unloading, and arranging office supplies, documents, and equipment.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other items within or outside the office as needed.
- Support administrative staff in photocopying, filing, and organizing records.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or paying bills.
- Provide assistance during company events or meetings (e.g., setting up chairs, tables, and refreshments).
- Follow safety protocols in handling office equipment and materials.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items as needed.
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Willing to do errands and flexible with assigned tasks.
- With previous experience as a helper or utility worker is an advantage but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
