We are looking for a Multimedia Artist - Bacoor, Cavite
Colkin Architecture & Construction is a leader in delivering innovative architectural and construction solutions. We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visual content that supports our branding, marketing, and project presentations. This is an exciting opportunity to use your artistic talents to bring our projects to life through various digital and traditional media formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, and websites.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural designs and construction projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
- Assist with the production of promotional videos, including editing and post-production work.
- Design visual elements for client proposals, project presentations, and reports.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the construction and architecture industry.
- Work with various media types, including photography, video, animation, and graphic design, to create compelling content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, ideally within the construction, architecture, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital media, 3D rendering, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity with a passion for design and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
