Job Title: Merchandising Coordinator
Position Summary

Support the merchandising team by managing product data, inventory, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of merchandising strategies and optimize product performance across channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and SKUs; assist in new product setup.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and support allocation and replenishment.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and provide insights for reorders or markdowns.
  • Assist in sample management, planograms, and product presentation for both offline and online channels.
  • Liaise with buying, planning, marketing, e-commerce, and stores to ensure smooth product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate KOL partnerships on platforms like TikTok, support brand negotiations, and execute collaborations; quickly understand project needs and drive business initiatives.
  • Maintain timelines, trackers, and merchandising documents; assist in vendor communications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of merchandising, planning, buying, or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP/PLM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
