What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from healthcare clients and providing tailored support to address their queries and concerns
- Utilising your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience experience in healthcare accounts — particularly in Claims, Benefits, and Eligibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
