What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from healthcare clients and providing tailored support to address their queries and concerns
  • Utilising your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience experience in healthcare accounts — particularly in Claims, Benefits, and Eligibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
