Job Description:

  • Prepares the documents for submission to FDA related to License to Operate (LTO) renewal, CPN Registration and amendments of registration.
  • Ensures quality of products and its compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Performs internal audit to ensure that the company is compliant with FDA/DOH regulations.
  • Conducts monthly store check which includes product quality, expiration, inventory level, availability of products and visual display merchandise.
  • In charge of receiving and delivery of goods / items.
  • Prepares Parasol Y Mar retail account monthly delivery report and updates retail account profile.
  • Prepares Monthly Sales Reports.
  • In charge of brand and product training to retailers.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year medical related courses such as BS Pharmacy, BS Nursing, BS Medical Technology, BS Radiologic Technology, etc. (Licensed). Fresh graduates and no experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages.
  • Must possess high degree of maturity and accountability.
  • ·Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With good moral character.
