We are seeking an experienced
Tax Manager
to join our
Tax Advisory t
eam. In this role, you will manage one or more client engagements or components of large-scale projects while ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more client engagements or large-scale projects.
  • Deliver high-quality Australian tax advice to diverse clients, including SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, and foreign subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic tax planning.
  • Play an active role in client relationship management and presentations.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage professional development.

Expertise & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years' experience in tax consulting or advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated exposure to Australian taxation and accounting legislation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, advisory, and accounting standards.
  • CA or CTA equivalent qualification
    required.
  • Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x per week)
