Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate all engineering project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.

· Develop, review, and validate Scope of Works (SOW) and Technical Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure technical accuracy and cost alignment.

· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for the Engineering & Project Manager.

· Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes, action plans, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.

· Liaise with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Procurement, and QA) to align project requirements and resolve issues promptly.

· Ensure contractors and vendors comply with project specifications, technical standards, quality requirements, and safety protocols.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, permits, drawings, and technical reports.

· Track project costs and resource usage, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

· Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of project materials, equipment, and services.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

· Preferably a licensed engineer (PRC), but not strictly required if supported by strong project experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering project coordination, preferably in facility management, cold storage, food manufacturing, or total engineering environments.

· Must be able to create and review Scope of Works (SOW) and Technical Bill of Materials (BOM).

· Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction/installation methods.

· Knowledge of refrigeration systems, utilities, process equipment, and building infrastructure is an advantage.

· Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

· Skilled in project cost tracking, scheduling methodologies, and basic risk management principles.

· Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an advantage.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
