Main Duties/Responsibilities

Ensures that the assigned equipment is always in high performance to help increase productivity and reduce lost time.

COST

Ensure high equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Identify ways of improvement and reduce production cost through recommendation.

Capable of developing and introducing new ideas and methods.

QUALITY

Ensure compliance to standard quality of products

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policy

Ensure cleanliness of equipment and machines along with the working area.

MONITORING AND CONTROL

Operate and maintain assigned equipment/ machinery in accordance with its proper handling and operations manual.

Ensure compliance to production plan.

Ensure complete and timely documentation of Production checklist and monitoring

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Trains and re-trains production personnel to make them a high performing individuals.

Help in maintaining good social ethics in organization in the workplace and his job related activities.

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering course and engineering technology course.

At least 2 year Vocational Technology Courses

With machine operator experience in manufacturing.
