Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain region-specific minimum and maximum inventory thresholds
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and procurement cycles to prevent overstocking or understocking
  • Analyze historical data and forecast demand to support proactive inventory planning
  • Collaborate with BSLs and vendors to align inventory strategies with business needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for peripheral inventory inquiries and escalations
  • Partner with engineering teams to validate technical specifications and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure
  • Maintain and update hardware catalogs accessed by end users, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Recommend peripheral hardware based on technical requirements, lifecycle status, and vendor performance
  • Evaluate peripheral hardware specifications to make informed recommendations
  • Provide guidance on device selection, lifecycle management, and vendor quality
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years Advanced Excel data analysis abilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a global or multi-regional context
  • Solid understanding of hardware
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and catalog platforms
  • Proven excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate with internal and external teams
