The RoleGorilla Commerce is looking for a Coordinator to support the Product Development team's growth initiatives, including launching new products and optimizing the company's existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and projects at once. Flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment are key.

What You'll DoConduct due diligence on new product opportunities, utilizing data analytics and tools including JungleScout, Keepa, Excel, Seller Central. Complete and maintain Project Objective Summaries and Product PowerPoints to the high level of detail required.

Make product listing recommendations based on data available. Work closely with the Product Development team to seek approvals for POS and PowerPoints, product kickoffs, and final Product Brief handoffs to the broader group. Balance multiple projects at once; must be extremely organized (consistent file names, locations, etc.).

Gain an intimate knowledge of to kickoff boards needed for new development. Responsible for maintaining updated product briefs and communicating project status to respective team members on a daily basis. Skills & QualificationsSchedule: 40 hrs/week, 5 day/week, 8 hours/day.

Once training and onboarding is complete (2-3 months dependent on performance and approval of manager), can switch to a flexible schedule. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills. Quick learner.

Able to articulate logic and reasoning for recommendations and proposals. Proficient in English and can easily follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication skills.

Demonstrate a growth mindset; open to constructive feedback and willing to ask questions. Results-oriented mindset; moves fast after receiving feedback from Manager. Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented. Demonstrates ownership and self-accountability. Balance of creative and analytical mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable with change and ambiguity. Love to roll up sleeves and do all aspects of the work.
