JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the overall execution of the vessel attendance.
  • Ensures that the Assistant Operations Manager, Sr. Coordinators, Coordinators, Compliance Officers, and Boarding Officers are performing their roles with the utmost diligence, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plans, instructs, directs and oversees the execution of each vessel and/or landside operations from start to finish.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cost-efficiency for each cruise vessel call in Subic, Manila, and in other out ports and remote locations.
  • Oversee vendor approval process and responses to Invitations to Bid/Request for Quotation.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with Key Clients within predefined target market segments.
  • Represent the company in meetings and other military stakeholders to promote and protect the interest of the company and our principals on matters about operational issues in the Maritime Industry.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Transportation, Shipping, Communications, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Master's in Business or related post graduate degree.
  • Familiarity with Husbanding Services, Military Logistics and Force Protection
  • With at least 6 years working experience in Maritime/Shipping Industry, Military Port Logistics, and military exercises movement and logistics.
  • With background in Port Operations, Port Logistics and Military Force Protection set-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
