PURPOSE: is a versatile, guest-facing role dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences, proactively supporting sales targets, and maintaining operational excellence. This position blends the duties of Dining Staff, Sales Associate, Cashier, Receptionist, Bartender, and Server, requiring strong service orientation, sales focus, and operational awareness to help drive guest satisfaction and business growth."

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Guest Service & Dining Operations
  • Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring smooth guest flow and table management.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining area at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  • Sales Performance
  • Be knowledgeable about daily sales targets, average check benchmarks, and individual/team sales performance.
  • Proactively upsell menu items, promos, and add-ons to maximize check value and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote loyalty programs, gift certificates, and special offers as part of guest engagement.
  • Cashiering & Payment Handling
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain cash register accountability during shifts.
  • Perform end-of-shift cash counts and sales reports as required.
  • Reception & Reservation Management
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk/reception area.
  • Bartender Duties
  • Prepare and serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following standard recipes.
  • Maintain proper bar stock levels, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist in opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and sales targets.
  • Performs any other given tasks by the management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any food & service industry

related courses

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a full-service restaurant, café, or retail F&B

environment preferred.

SKILLS: Detail oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Patient, honest and trustworthy

Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Sales-oriented mindset with knowledge of average check targets and sales strategies.

Friendly and personable

SUPERVISION: Standard; attention to detail required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,127.91 per month
