Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong client management abilities.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking, audience building, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Create engaging and persuasive ad copies tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to align paid ads with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and pixel-based optimizations.
