Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper handling and loading of stock for customer dispatch. This role also includes planning delivery routes and schedules, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares delivery schedules and routes.
  • Supervises the loading of stocks before delivery.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the quantity and quality of stocks received.
  • Verifies with customers and drivers that complete stocks have been transported by recording in delivery log books.
  • Performs inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keeps a clean and safe working environment and optimizes space utilization.
  • Verifies, reviews, and reconciles documents and reports about inventory.
  • Responsible for organization of property maintenance.
  • Supports the Dispatch Supervisor in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or at least 2 years of college in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of business responsibility.
  • Resident of Dagupan City, Pangasinan
