Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months Call Center Experience (CCE)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
- Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with their product or service concerns
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
- Record details of customer interactions and actions taken
- Meet performance goals such as quality, productivity, and attendance
