We're looking for a highly organized and strategic
Project Manager (Clinical Studies)
to lead the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a clinical studies environment. This role is well-suited for experienced project managers who excel at driving timelines, managing risk, and coordinating cross-functional teams. While prior clinical research experience is an advantage, it is not required—strong project management, communication, and operational leadership skills are key to success in this role. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with established processes.

Role: Clinical Project Manager

Employment: On-Site (IT Park, Cebu City)

Working Hours: Night Shift || Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects from startup through closeout
  • Review SOWs, budgets, timelines, and feasibility to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate study setup activities, systems, logistics, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Act as the primary client contact and lead meetings, updates, and communications
  • Oversee quality, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures and standards
  • Prepare for audits, inspections, and project closeout activities
  • Identify process improvements and provide guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in project management, operations, or program delivery
  • Background in clinical research or life sciences is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, or highly structured environment
