POSITION GOALS :

This position aims to provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all financial protocols and deadlines. The individual in this role will play a vital part in ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in the accounting function.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proper filing of all accounting records with proper tagging for easy retrieval (hard and soft copy)

Ensuring that all documentary requirements for payment processing are available and appropriately signed by the designated signatory.

Preparation, monitoring and releasing of Checks

Record the Transactions in QuickBooks (Check payments, Online payment and Petty Cash Liquidation)

Updating the list of Receipts and follow-up supplier for receipts as necessary

Doing the clearical works during invoice preparation such as documents scanning, file zipping and helps in ensuring that all supporting documents for invoices are available.

Filling-out and scanning of receipts for customer payments

Send Follow-up emails to Residents with Past due Accounts

Monitor the accounting supplies including forms such as receipts, checks, papers, inks and ensure that they are timely replenished and not run out of stocks

Preparation of 2307

Will handle of updating the fixed asset registry

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study

3 years or more of experience working in Accounting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail-oriented

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
