About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries or concerns
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
  3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting case resolutions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role / international voice accounts, healthcare experience is an advantage but not required.
  2. at least 2nd year college completer with TOR or Diploma, and government IDs
  3. Must be willing to work fulltime onsite and in shifting schedule
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  7. Fluency in English and the local language(s)
  8. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
