Job Title: Quality Engineer - TOSCA Testsuite

Job Type: Hybrid (2x a week onsite)

Location: Mandaluyong City, 1550, PH

Position Type: 6 months contract

No. of hours per week: 45

Job Requirements

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, creating automated test scripts, and participating in code reviews. You will also monitor and report defects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

- Conduct thorough reviews of test cases and ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionalities.

- Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices in automated testing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.

- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

- Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics to drive quality improvements.
