A Pharmacy Assistant assists customers, answers inquiries, and provides information about medications and health products under the supervision of a pharmacist. Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications, including counting tablets, labeling bottles, and preparing medication for prescriptions. Organize and maintain inventory, alert pharmacists about stock shortages, and receive and store incoming supplies.Manage the cash register, process payments, and maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality.Maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and regulations.
