Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team
    : Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy
    : Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
  • Monitor Performance
    : Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Training
    : Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Calls
    : Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
  • Set Targets
    : Establish and review sales targets for the team.
  • Improve Processes
    : Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of telesales experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
