We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of accounting experience, with a strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including compliance with BIR regulations

Assist with internal and external audits

Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and bank statements

Manage payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Provide financial insights and support to the management team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field

At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment

Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR processes

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under minimal supervision

CPA license is an advantage but not required
