General Overview of the Job:

The Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) Accountant supports the accounts payable process by handling invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor record maintenance. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions while following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills to assist with vendor and internal team interactions.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management or any finance/accounting related course
  • 3+ or more years of experience in an accounts payable environment

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily task supporting the regions globally

  • Verify and capture data on Vendor invoices
  • Handle missing vendor master data (e.g. vendors, currencies, bank details, etc.)
  • Set up automatic learning templates in both Vendor invoice management systems
  • Support the local Accounts Payable and Operational teams by resolving discussions and tasks specified according to the global process
  • Monitoring transfers between systems and raise any errors to the System Operation service desk if error indicates request for investigation
  • Collect enhancement requests across applications to be shared with system owner
  • Onboarding and training of new employees in the use of the application (SSC Manila)
  • Accountable for reaching KPIs and reporting back to system owner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
